Terms of Service

Who Runs Aevon

Aevon is operated by Enzonic LLC ("we", "us"), which runs the service, provides support and handles billing.

The Aevon platform, including its name, brand, software and design, is owned by Veles BH, who has authorized Enzonic LLC to operate it. Veles BH may end that arrangement at any time and operate Aevon directly or move its operation to another operator. If that happens, these terms continue to apply between you and the new operator, your account and your work carry over, and we'll tell you before the change takes effect.

1. Your Content Belongs to You

Everything you write, create, or upload in Aevon is yours. Full stop. We claim no ownership, license, or rights over your manuscripts, characters, worlds, comic scripts, or any other creative work. You can export it, delete it, or take it anywhere at any time.

2. What We Do With Your Data

We will never sell your data to third parties. We use the information we collect only to:

• Keep your account working and your data synced
• Understand how people use Aevon so we can improve it
• Send you occasional product updates (you can opt out anytime)

That's it. We analyze usage patterns in aggregate to make better decisions about what features to build. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.

3. Your Responsibilities

By using Aevon you agree to:

• Not use Aevon to create or distribute illegal content
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the platform
• Keep your account credentials secure

4. Service Availability

We work hard to keep Aevon online and reliable. We may occasionally take the service down for maintenance. We'll try to give notice when we can. Aevon is provided as-is — while we strive for reliability, we can't guarantee uninterrupted service.

5. Termination

You can delete your account at any time and we will remove your data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, but we'll always give you a fair chance to export your work first.

6. Team Plans (Business & Enterprise)

Organizations can subscribe to a Business or Enterprise plan, priced per seat. A seat is one active member of the organization.

• A new organization can start a free trial without a card. When the trial ends without a paid plan, the organization's projects stay readable but can't be edited until a plan is chosen. Personal projects are never affected.
• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until canceled.
• Adding or removing seats changes the price from that point on; Stripe prorates the difference on the next invoice.
• Owners and billing admins can update payment details, download invoices or cancel from the organization's billing page. Taxes may apply depending on where the organization is based.
• An organization's owners and admins control access to its projects: they can invite and remove members, set roles, change sharing policies and move projects. By working in an organization's projects, you accept that the organization manages them.
• Prices are shown before you subscribe.

7. Changes to These Terms

If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or an in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
