Everything you write, create, or upload in Aevon is yours. Full stop. We claim no ownership, license, or rights over your manuscripts, characters, worlds, comic scripts, or any other creative work. You can export it, delete it, or take it anywhere at any time.

2. What We Do With Your Data

We will never sell your data to third parties. We use the information we collect only to:

• Keep your account working and your data synced
• Understand how people use Aevon so we can improve it
• Send you occasional product updates (you can opt out anytime)

That's it. We analyze usage patterns in aggregate to make better decisions about what features to build. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.

3. Your Responsibilities

By using Aevon you agree to:

• Not use Aevon to create or distribute illegal content
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the platform
• Keep your account credentials secure

4. Service Availability

We work hard to keep Aevon online and reliable. We may occasionally take the service down for maintenance. We'll try to give notice when we can. Aevon is provided as-is — while we strive for reliability, we can't guarantee uninterrupted service.

5. Termination

You can delete your account at any time and we will remove your data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, but we'll always give you a fair chance to export your work first.

6. Changes to These Terms

If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or an in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
