Every sketch, model and sound beside the story.

Concept art in one folder, reference photos in another, the 3D model on a colleague's drive and the temp music in your downloads. Aevon's asset library keeps a project's files with the project, linked to the characters, places and chapters they belong to.

5 GB per writer. Files over 25 MB go through Rapidfile, so large models and video upload reliably.

Linked, not just stored.

A file can be linked to characters, locations, items, lore and chapters. Open a character and their turnaround sheet is there; open the chapter and so is the reference for the room it happens in.

The studios pick from the same library: art goes into comic panels, storyboards into a film's shot plan, models onto a game's levels, demos onto a musical's songs. Upload once, use it wherever the story needs it.

Storage you can plan around.

Every writer has 5 GB for project files. The library shows how much you've used, so you can clear out old versions before you run out. If a project genuinely needs more, you can ask for a higher limit from inside the app.

Uploads under 25 MB go straight to storage. Bigger files, like high-poly models or long videos, are sent through Rapidfile, which handles large transfers.

Respect what isn't yours.

Reference images you didn't make are for reference. Keep a note of where each one came from in its description, and don't publish it as part of your work without permission. Collaborators see the same files you do, with the same project roles: viewers can look but not change or delete anything.
