Your whole studio in one Aevon, with you in charge.

Business and Enterprise give writers rooms, comic and game studios, publishers and schools a shared workspace: people with roles, teams with access to the right projects, your domain and your branding, and one bill per seat.

No card for the trial. Personal Aevon accounts stay free.

Priced per seat, billed monthly or yearly.

Every plan starts with a free trial. Prices, trial length and the trial seat cap come straight from the plan, so what you see here is what the checkout uses.

Writing on your own? The individual plan is free, with nothing to set up. Open the studio

A console for the people who run the room.

Writers keep writing in the same editor they know. Owners and admins get a separate console for the organization around it.

Admin console
One place for members, invites, teams, projects, domains, branding, policies, billing and the audit log. Owners and admins see everything; billing contacts see billing.
Teams and project access
Group people into teams (writers room, art, localisation) and give a team, or the whole organization, view or edit access to an org project.
Pooled storage
Each seat adds storage to one shared pool for the organization. Members get whichever is larger: their personal allowance or the org pool.
Audit log
Who invited whom, role changes, project moves, domain checks, policy edits and billing changes, with the person and the time.
Security policies
Require two-factor sign-in for org projects, limit invites to your verified domains, and decide whether org projects may be shared outside, published as public links or exported.
MCP controls
Decide whether MCP tokens may read org projects at all. Personal tokens keep working on personal projects either way.

Six roles, each with a reason.

Owners hold the organization. Admins run it day to day without touching billing; billing contacts handle money without reading manuscripts. Managers invite and organise teams, members write, guests read what is shared with them.

Nobody can hand out a role above their own, and only an owner can make another owner.

Defaults. Admins can turn individual permissions on or off per role, except for the owner.

Your domain, your name, on every invite.

Verify your company domain with one DNS TXT record. From then on, colleagues who sign in with a work address are offered to join with the role you chose, and you can limit invites to your own domains.

Invite links and your organization's sign-in page carry your logo, accent colour and a welcome message. Inside the app, org projects can use your accent so people always know which workspace they are in.

From trial to paid, and what if you don't.

  1. Start the trial

Name the workspace, pick Business or Enterprise and the seats you need. No card. The trial has a seat cap, shown on the plan.

  2. Bring the team in

Invite by email or CSV with a role each, or verify your domain so colleagues can join on their own. Move existing projects into the organization when you are ready.

  3. Choose a plan before the trial ends

Pay per seat, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Invoices, payment method and cancellation live in the billing portal.

  4. If the trial ends unpaid

Org projects stay readable for their members, but edits and new invites pause until a plan is chosen. Nobody's personal projects are touched.

Questions teams ask before they start

Does this change anything for my personal Aevon account?

No. Personal projects stay personal and the individual plan stays free. Only projects you move into an organization follow the organization's rules, and you can belong to an organization and keep writing on your own projects at the same time.

What does the free trial include, and do I need a card?

No card. The trial runs for the number of days shown on the plan and includes up to that plan's trial seat cap, with every feature of the plan. You add billing details only when you choose a paid plan.

What happens to our work if the trial ends and we don't pay?

Org projects become read-only for their members until an owner or billing contact chooses a plan. Nothing is deleted, and members' personal projects are not affected at any point.

How is billing calculated?

Per seat, monthly or yearly, at the price shown in the table above. Changing the seat count is prorated by Stripe. Payment, invoices and cancellation are handled in the Stripe billing portal.

How does domain auto-join work?

An admin adds your company domain and publishes a TXT record at _aevon-verify.yourdomain. Once Aevon has found it, people who sign in with an email on that domain are offered to join, with the default role you set. You can turn auto-join off at any time.

Who owns a project in an organization?

The organization does, and admins decide who can open or edit it through teams. If an organization is deleted, its projects go back to the people who created them as personal projects.

Can we keep people outside the organization out of our projects?

Yes. Admins can turn off external sharing and public links for org projects, restrict invites to verified domains and require two-factor sign-in. Manual collaborators on personal projects work as before.

When should we talk to sales?

When a plan is marked "Contact sales", or when you need terms that the self-serve checkout doesn't cover. Write to us through the contact page.

Set up your organization this afternoon.

Name it, pick a plan, invite the first people. The trial starts the moment the workspace exists.
